Documents required to obtain Central License:

Form B must be duly completed and signed

Processing unit planning should be done showing dimension and operation-wise area allocation

List of Director / Partner / Proprietor with address, contact details and photo ID

The name and list of equipment and machinery used along with the number and installed capacity should be mentioned

List of food categories to be manufactured

Authorization letter from the manufacturer should have enrolled the name and address of a responsible person

An analysis report of the water used in the process should be attached to confirm portability.

Source of raw materials for milk, meat etc.

Proof of occupation of premises

Partnership deed / affidavit of ownership

NOC and copy of License from manufacturer

Food safety management system plan or certificate

NOC from municipal or local body

Supporting documents for proof of turnover and transport
